What’s included at Gather Bulimba?

  • Whatever room setup you need, we’ll make it work. The space is designed for flexibility, with adaptable seating and table arrangements — and storage to keep the room clear and focused.


    Choose from a single long boardroom table, up to four smaller table clusters, or theatre-style seating. The room comfortably seats up to 20 guests, with additional chairs (available for hire) if required.


    For breakout and informal connection, the space also includes a four-seater couch, an outdoor seating area, and access to the upper-level balcony featuring two couches and a four-seater high table. With multiple areas to pause, connect, and reset, your group can move naturally between focused work and relaxed conversation.

  • The right technology is critical to a seamless experience, and Gather has been thoughtfully fitted out to support effortless in-room and hybrid meetings. The space features an 85-inch screen paired with a Yealink soundbar, integrated camera, and microphone, delivering clear audio, sharp visuals, and reliable connection for all participants.

    The room is designed for the ultimate blended meeting experience, with intuitive, easy-to-use technology that works seamlessly across all major virtual platforms. No complicated setup or technical expertise required — everything is in place so your group can stay focused on the conversation.

    For teams or facilitators looking to record or broadcast content, Gather also offers access to professional podcasting equipment. A RØDE Caster setup with four microphones and headsets is available on request, ideal for podcasts, panel discussions, or recorded workshops.

  • State of the art technology to connect virtual and remote teams with your in- person attendees. Connectivity for Microsoft Teams, Google Meets and Zoom.

  • This room has been designed by facilitators, for facilitators. Every booking includes access to a large whiteboard, flip charts, and a curated selection of workshop stationery to support planning, problem-solving, and meaningful conversation.

    The space is set with intention — no clutter, no distractions, just what you need for the work at hand. We will configure the room to your requirements in advance, so you can arrive, settle in, and start with clarity and focus. 

    Thoughtful hosting and flexible setup ensure the environment supports both structured facilitation and organic discussion, helping your group stay engaged, aligned, and productive throughout the day.

  • Gather is not an empty room hire — it’s a hosted experience. The space includes a dedicated kitchen, complete with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, and crockery, making it easy to cater for your day without disruption.


    You’ll also enjoy unlimited access to a De’Longhi fresh-ground coffee machine, a selection of premium teas, and a filtered water tap, so your group can stay refreshed and focused throughout the day.


    Located in the heart of Bulimba, Gather is surrounded by excellent local catering options. Our team is happy to recommend trusted nearby providers to suit your schedule, style, and dietary needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The space is 60 sqm, which as standard set up has 4 tables and 20 seats, plus a 5 seater couch. An additional 20 seats will fit with a configuration of theatre style and can be hired if required.

  • Gather Bulimba is open for hire between 7am and 9pm.

  • Gather is open Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

  • Whilst you have access to tea, cofee, crockery and cutlery, no other catering is included. The space has access to a full fridge, you are welcome to bring along any external catering and we can provide a list of preferred suppliers.

  • We have 3 dedicated parking spaces, plus 6 visitor spaces on the premises. There is also plenty of free on street parking on Karthina Street, as well as Michael Street.

  • Yes, we offer membership rates. Please contact us to discuss further.

  • We get that things change, we can retain your deposit or payment on file and move to your new date ( as long as it’s available.)

  • Absolutely! We want this event or function to be perfect for you. We will work with you to recommend suppliers and happy for you to create the ideal space for your event of meeting.

  • A gender neutral toilet is available on the 1st floor of the building and an all access toilet and shower is available as a shared facility at the opposite end of the building complex.

  • Entrance to the ground floor is accessible from the car park, without having to access stairs. There is also access to an all access toilet at the end of the building.
